1. INTRODUCTION
Model UN Academy ("we," "us," or "our") is an Illinois state-registered nonprofit organization dedicated to providing educational resources for Model United Nations (MUN) participants worldwide. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, located at www.modelunacademy.org (the "Website"). By accessing and using the Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Website.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you are under the age of 13, you may only use the Website with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. If you are a parent or legal guardian, you agree to supervise your child’s use of the Website and ensure their compliance with these Terms.

You agree to use the Website in accordance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws. You may access and use the Website for educational purposes only and in a manner consistent with the mission of Model UN Academy.

4. ACCOUNT CREATION
Model UN Academy does not require users to create an account to access general resources on the Website.
